To be eligible for application for resident position, the applicant must, by the intended date of admission:
- Be eligible for a license to practice pharmacy in Ohio. www.pharmacy.ohio.gov
- Participate in the ASHP Resident Matching Program. www.ASHP.org
- All applicants must be permanent residents or United States citizens. We do not sponsor any type of visa.
For application to PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency interested candidates should submit application via PhORCAS™ (Pharmacy Online Residency Centralized Application)
An on-site interview is required but not guaranteed to all applicants and will be arranged after the application deadline.
