All graduating residents in Mount Carmel’s Orthopedic, Internal Medicine and Surgery residency programs have passed their board examinations. Two of two orthopedic residents passed the qualifying exam, while three of three passed the certifying exam. All nine recent Internal Medicine graduates passed the boards, bringing the program’s three-year rolling average to over 91%. And all three 2016 surgery residency graduates passed the qualifying exam, with Dr. Charles Hartranft passing his certifying exam. Congratulations to all our graduates on these outstanding achievements, and to these residency programs on preparing them to succeed.
